  1. Founder's Deal goes live

    Shipped

    One-time payment that locks in lifetime access to every Pro feature we ship later. Voice cloning, multilingual, emotion controls — when those land, paid once, no further bills. Stripe-secured, 14-day no-questions refund.

  2. Hero headline added

    Design

    Cold visitors now get the pitch in the first second instead of having to infer it from a textarea. "Free text-to-speech. In your browser. No cap, no upload."

  3. Voice cards play instantly + show waveform fingerprint

    Shipped

    Each of the 8 voice cards now has a Play button that plays a pre-rendered sample (no model load, no scroll, no Generate click). Above each one: an SVG waveform of the actual voice — Hugo's even pacing, Kiki's spikes, Leo's longer reach. Visual signature = real audio behavior.

  4. Voices moved into the hero

    Design

    The 8-voice catalog now lives directly under the workbench, with the second row clipping past the fold to invite scrolling. Old position (separate section below the marketing flow) deprioritized the most product-defining detail.

  5. Live chat + Discord community

    Shipped

    tawk.to chat bubble for direct support, plus a Community section pointing at the Discord server. Founders get a private channel and a role; everyone else is welcome too.

  6. Welcome + purchase confirmation emails

    Shipped

    First sign-in triggers a brief welcome (what your account unlocks). Founder's Deal purchases get a separate confirmation with what you bought, what's coming, and a Discord pointer.

  7. Marketing landing page reshape

    Design

    Home page now has six sections under the workbench (How it works, Built for, Why, Voices, Pricing, FAQ). The tool stays as the hero — you can use it without scrolling — but cold visitors arriving from search now have somewhere to read.

  8. kitten-tts.com domain live

    Infra

    Production custom domain on Cloudflare. SSL automatic, www redirects to apex.

  9. Mobile polish

    Polish

    Pricing card headers wrap gracefully on iPhone-SE-class viewports; TopBar subtitle hides under 480px so it doesn't fight the sign-in button for space.

  10. First public commit

    Infra

    Next.js 15 + Cloudflare Workers + ONNX Runtime Web pipeline up. The whole 25 MB Kitten TTS Nano model runs in your browser — first load caches into IndexedDB, subsequent visits are instant.
